Hi,

I have around 17 months of full time work experience in IT in Canada in the last 3 years. Please let me know if i am eligible to file my PR case under CEC?

Currently i have returned to India.

To double check, read this document that is now in force for all new CEC applications made after 2 Jan 2013.

The rules and calculation method have changed and you may need to confirm your maths.

Eligible. Try to check the CIC web site as they change CEC program on January 2 2013.
