Am i eligible under ECE class with IELTS score ?

HI ,

NOC 2171 - Type A - Having 2 yrs of Canadian experience and planning to apply for PR under CEC. & below is IELTS scores

Reading --5.5
Writing -- 6.5
Listing----6.0
Speaking--6.0

I saw in CIC.gc.in website it was mentioned 6.0 in all , so if i apply now with this score will CIC accepts my application ?

Any suggestions ?

Your score doesn't met CEC requirement ... you need score minimum 6.0 in all four categories ...
