I am living and working in Saudi Arabia, hope to assess me if I am eligible to apply for Quebec selection certificate,
*Number of Children 2 (8-year-old girl - and boy is 5 years old)
*I am 32 years old Professional accountant, I carry and I have a BA in Accounting.
*9 years experience as acountant.
*I have (Delf A1) And (IELTS) and my result was: Listening: 4.5 Reading: 3.0 Writing: 4.0 Speaking: 4.5, Overall: 4. 0

My wife: 31 year-old
*has General secondary testimony specialty nursing And
*has after one-year Diploma in nursing,
*She do not have french language, she has meduim English,
*her uncle is a Canadian living in Canada, and she has 5 years experience as a nurse.

yours IELTS score is very low.

To get full points for English, you should have 7 band.

I think try to improve your English level. Thats the only comment I can make. Rest I think senior members can guide you
