1)I have done diploma in civil engineering of 3-years, and it is after 10th from india.My age is 36-yeas. So Please answer me am i eligible for any PR programme for canada?
2) If yes then please guide me for programme.
3) Does they consider my 3-years of diploma after 10th as a two year diploma or secondary education?and how much point i will get for this?
