hello,

I just had 1 year work experience with the same company now, but the first 3 months, i was doing a type C job, then after the probation period, the company changed my job to be a B type. So am I eligible under experience class now or do I have to wait until November when i will have 1 year experience of doing type B job?

Also, I got an ITA now, because when I submitted the EE profile, I put my type B job and 1 year work experience. So if I wait until November (by this time I will truly have 1 year experience of type B) to summit documents, will they still accept me or not? And one more serious question, will it be fraudulence because I got an ITA based on 1 year experience of type B job but the reality is I only have 9 months?

You have to wait until November. You need 12 months of experience in a NOC A, B or 0 role.

You need to decline the ITA you've received now since you claimed to have a year of experience under NOC B which you don't have.
