I'm a British citizen applying for a work permit, and today I received a letter stating that I need to visit a VAC office to provide my biometrics.

The problem is that I am already in Vancouver visiting a relative, and from what I've read, although there is a VAC office at the airport, apparently I have to do this from outside Canada.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Will I need to travel down to Seattle?

Thanks in advance.

1. Seattle it is.
2. Second possibility is flagpole and re-enter at Pacific Hwy, if you meet the criteria See: http://tinyurl.com/y3s8njfp
