Am I able to apply for the Study Permit with a conditional admission offer?

Hi, if I receive a Conditional Offer for admission from Memorial University of Newfoundland, am I able to apply for the study permit with that conditional officer? Or do I need the final admission decision to apply for the study permit? Thanks in advance.

I believe for applying visa, the admission offer sshould be unconditional. Otherwise visa will be rejected. Which course are you applying for in memorial?

It depends on the condition and if you can comply to that condition before your program starts. For example, if the condition states that you have to pay at least a semester in advance and you paid that fee and show the official receipt together with your application, then you have proved to the VO that you have complied to the condition.
