Am I a citizen? My situation is confusing.

I’ve been reading so much about citizenship these days. My mother is Canadian. She was naturalized after my birth though, she just didn’t place me in the papers for naturalization. My brother automatically received citizenship by descent. I also received my PR papers as a baby/minor, but was surrendered https://omegle.onl/ .

My whole family are naturalized Canadian citizens except for me. I’m just checking what’s the best possible route for me?

You are not Canadian if she was not Canadian when you were born. So they renounced your PR or are you still PR? How old are you? How long have you lived in Canada? Is your mother moving back to Canada or lives in Canada now?
