alternative for referral letter

hi this is Arindam Chatterjee applying for AIPP program. My Agent says referral letter or Statutory declaration is must. But my Situation is my company which in in USA is unwilling to provide referral letter. I'm Now in India and i can't even get a notary from USA to do Statutory declaration. What else is my option??

Are we talking about proving your employment? You can always provide paystubs and tax statements if your former employer is not willing to provide you proof of employment.

Is there any Law that stats that....... so that i can show it to agent.

You have to prove that you had 1560 hrs or 1 year of employment within last 3 years to qualify under AIPP. Your paystubs and tax notice prove your employment, there is no law but common sense I would say.
Also, you are the one who is in charge of your application and not your agent!

they are saying without referral letter my application will be rejected

Are you applying for endorsement or do you already have an endorsement? You can access your employment records from ssa.gov , it has all the details from the day you started working in the US.

actually they r saying that ur roles and responsibilities are not in details

What's your NOC and what was your job title?

culinary-trainee so the NOC should be 6322

i have offer letter, DS7002 And DS2019

Did they give you a copy of the agreement when you started?

I don't think DS2019 will have any but 7002 might have some information about your role and duties as an intern.
