Alternative address to CPC-M?

Hi all,

Today finally i sent in my application, only to be notified an hour later from Fedex that they cannot send my application because they are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as there is no one there to pick up the package and sign for it, so i wanted to find out if there is an alternative mailing address or should i use a different courier since my packege is on hold as of now.

I used this address on my package:

Also what does this mean: Courier address (no public drop-offs)?

carrier address means that this address is specially assigned for carrier delivery like UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc, that require signature upon delivery. (no public drop-offs) means that you cannot bring your package to them personally, they accept only post carriers.
