Hi All,

I have completed my 1095 days in Canada but my wife and daughter still have another 7 months, should i wait for them to be eligible and apply as a family or should i apply alone ?

If your daughter is minor (she does not have to complete the 1095 days) you and her can apply together: You need to apply for her under this section https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/application-canadian-citizenship-minors.html
Your wife can apply once she completes 1,095 days.

Thanks but will applying later on have any impact on my wife's application? Can IRCC ask why she didn't apply earlier

Applying together will not have any impact if you would wanna wait
Adults applicants have to fulfill 1095 days in country and other conditions eg paying taxes etc.

Better apply now for self and daughter and get it all done, never know when rules change or else there is a strike forcing all applicants to wait
