Hi there. I have heard that in Canada, Alberta is the main hub of Trucking terminals. Wondering if someone from Europe, with Trucking License and experience, can immigrate to Alberta on AINP based on that skills (skill level C, NOC 7533). Or best bet is first to get a job offer?

You would need to be living and working in Alberta to qualify. So yes, you would need to get a job offer first and approved LMIA to be able to get a work permit and come to Canada.
