almost finished filing out file.. need final help

do we need to attach the forms which say:

additional dependants/declarations

Use of representative

minors declaration

comon law/partner

even if we dont have any??

please advice how to follow these guidelines.. i am kind of acting dumb here but dont wanna take chances..

If we attach these forms along with the file.. can we cross them and write NA or do we not attach these forms and write NA on doc checklist itself.

Does it really matter? Curious. I just ticked/checked boxes on checklist what ever I am attaching in the package. My thought was when other boxes are untouched, CIC should understand not related or not applicable to me.

Do you think it may cause an issue?

if you feel which ever above sub application is relating to your main application you should fill it. when you check the document check list, just check whatever application you fill. cic will know then other sub application is not relating to you

Yeah if its unchecked, that's also fine.
