Hi , I am almost done completing my wife's application just 2 quick questions
1st, I paid online and on the receipt they want me to sent in, they want the basic stuff like name , address tel no etc filled they ask for a client id on there, now what is a client id? or do I just leave it blank ?

2nd , On the photos I have to sent in as proof do I have to write names of all the people in the photo as well on the back side?

#1) you can leave the Client ID blank. You don't have one yet.

#2) Yes, put their names, what the occasion was and what you were doing. That's what we did and from what I've seen, that's what most people have done as well.

Good luck :D

Hi ok its always good to do a search first before posting a question , had no clue so many people have asked this same question , ok from what I understand is If I am a Canadian citizen I leave the client ID blank , correct me If I am wrong

id agree with what nncs said, you dont have a client ID yet so no need to fill that part in yet, and for the photos its reccommended to write whos in it, where it is, when it was taken and a breif desc of why it was taken

eg on my wedding photos i put '[sponsors name], [my name]-St Mathews Church, Leicester, England- 24th October 2009 - Wedding day photo
