I have finally completed all the paper work for my application for Open Work Permit (A70 LMIA Exempt) with Spousal Sponsorship. I am trying to pay my fees now and I am confused about the options.
I was here in Canada in 2017 under the International Experience from Dec 26, 2017 to Dec 26, 2018. Right now I am here as a visitor.
When trying to pay these are my options:
1) Work permit (including extensions) – per person $155
2) Work permit (including extensions) – group of performing artists (3 or more) $465
3) Open work permit holder $100
4) Restore your status as a worker - Restore your status ($200) and get a new work permit ($155)
$355
Now am I suppose to only pay #1 and #3 ( $155 plus $100 ) ?
OR do I have to pay Option # 4 ($355) on top of those to "restore status as a worker" since I have had the IEC work visa in the past and am now here as a visitor? If so would that be the only cost? Or would it be that, plus 100, plus 155?
Does anyone know? I really want to send this all out ASAP, this is my last step. Would really appreciate your help!
