Hi All, In 2006 i applied for NZ Residence Visa where a job agency gave false job offer. I came to know about it through
one of my friend and revoked the job offer from the application. After few days the NZ embassy said i have alleged character
issue saying that i knowingly deceived the embassy to get visa. Through one of my lawyer i gave all the evidence. After few
years i had withdrawn the application itself. They confirmed the withdrawal and closed the application.
Now in the background declaration. Can i give Yes to the all the questions.
This was the only thing happened in my life, Senior members of this forum, Kindly please help me.
Should i disclose this event, or I dont need to?
