Just got an e-mail from Ottawa asking me for updated proof of funds statement

Send it to Warsaw too.. cause that is your VO now for futher application.. Its good to be safe

Hi,

My dd got encahed on 24th Dec but no PER yet.NOC 1224, send email CIC but no response.also tried reaching CIC but unable to connect.

Please note that there are so many people like you who does not receive PER and directly got second line update in ECAS.

Kindly get in touch with CIC in phone and get ur UCI. My friend is successful after calling more than 15 times.

Only some agents will give UCI.

I dont know whats happening with 24th Dec dd encashed files... have seen another 1 or 2 cases they also havent got.. Any way call them up and get your UCI and file number and write inquiry mail to them and write case specific inquiry in CIC website..
by the way have seen any case got NER with this much delay...?

when they ask for proof of funds do they mean a statement of last 6 months or just a bank letter with stamp and letter head saying that this person has X amount of money .

Hi guys..congrats for your 2nd line update...my application recieved date was 1st october but i havent got my 2nd line updated. Got my PERmail on 14th Jan'14....how do i check the following

1. My visa office...should be NDVO but still heard that due to overload they are sending applications to other VO's
2. Also, how much time should we expect from PER to MR..

Hey, its a statement for 6 months.

At the time of my application submission, I have submitted just a bank statement saying I have this amount of money with a stamp. It was not a six months bank statement.

But during processing time (after receiving AOR), I am not sure it's a six months transaction or just at the moment bank statement.

Oh! I understood. If they asked specifically to show the transaction for six months then we have to do it. I haven't been asked yet.
