When should October 1 week applicants expect their DD charge?

My app (NOC 4214) was received Oct. 1 in Sydney by DAN... sent a DD... called my bank and they said it takes about 25 days sometimes for Canada to withdraw the amount and so far they have not received any call or notification from Canada.

I applied under the same noc on October 20th. I don't think there are lots of applications under this noc which should be good for us, you think?

Hi KSA and seniors,

Have a question here regarding proof of funds. I have shown funds from 2 different bank accounts and for both I printed the latest bank statement from online banking and sent along with my application.

1. I read in the forums that sending bank certificates is a mandate and statements are not accepted, is this true?
2. Is there a chance the app will be rejected due this?
3. Does this happen during completeness check?

Please advise.

Hi, it clearly says the bank statement for POF is mandatory. Say, like fixed deposits on your or your spouse's or shared funds is accepted.

But, bank statements are not accepted because the amount need not be same all the time. You will withdraw the amount right?

Their main intention for POF is, if you do not get a job immediately after landing in CA you should be able to manage for few months.

Lets hope for the best. But, during completeness they may ask you for the POF supporting docs. They won't right away reject. Do not worry.
