Hello Seniors, please help!

I have 5 years of work experience, however only 3 years qualify under NOC O. A or B category.

Do i also need to mention other jobs on schedule 3 form for which i am not claiming points and if i send the experience letters would i get additional points for it?

Please help, its too confusing!

This is what the guide say's. My view is that even if you send experience certificates, the job's that do not fall under the required categories will not be counted towards experience points.

Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)
Question 12
Your work experience

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).

b) Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation:
•identify the dates of employment,
•write a description of your occupation,
•include the appropriate NOC 2011 code,
•check the box that corresponds to the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent in continuous part-time experience, and
•write a description of your main duties.

Note: List only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0, Skill Levels A or B of NOC 2011.

Good Day All!!!

Yes, there no need to fill out that form .

NOTES: - Double check all the forms, make sure all of them signed except travel history which I think there is no space to sign.

Andy,

I am also having same situation - no dependents.. But I have a question here that if we do not fill form/attach then is it not possible that they think forms are lost or forgot for attachment.

I thought that I should fill it with NOT APPLICABLE mentioned in it and send it also.

Kindly clear my doubts.

If any form is not applicable to you, there is no need to send that document as blank or writing N/A. Regarding your concern where you mentioned that there might be a possibility that they think that you forgot or missed to send this form, thats the reason they have asked you to submit checklist along with your application. If you have left any box unticked or mentioned N/A against any form or document in the checklist than it says that the concern form is not applicable to you. Hope this clarifies your issue. Following is the answer from CIC help centre , to support my view. Specifically its for representive form but it can be implied to other forms as well.

If I am not using a representative, do I need to send a blank Use of a Representative form?

No. If you will not be using an immigration representative, you do not need to include the Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) with your application.

I think you exceded the limit of giving +1's, you need to wait a bit for this option to come back. Any ways the important thing here is to help each other and if my small contribution's help others than its pleasing thing for me.

Staying onto "Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)" I had another query.

1. Under Q.12 (b) Do we put our job titles in there under 'Occupation'.

2. Also I've a total of 2.4 (1.6 + 10 months) years of experience. Now, the form has 'check boxes' for 1 yr, 2-3 yr, 4-5 yr and so on. Now how do I show the 10 months. Also, another exp is of 1 yr 6 months. How do I show these fractional experiences?

Thanks

i send my application on 18th October
it was delivered on 25th
NOC 3112
i don't know how many months it takes for replay
is there any chance to be taken or cap will be reached already?!!!!!!

I sent my application on 28/10.. FedEx has not delivered it yet. Hopefully it will reach today. I applied under NOC 2173.

Can you guys please tell me how and from when I can track on the official website.

Saying this from what forumites have shared from their personal experience. It takes on an average 100 days before you hear from Canada CIO, Sydney, NS.

Its only after that you can track your application, assuming your application is accepted and you receive AOR.

Good luck.. :)

HI Senior Members,

Do we need to mention House loan in Liabilities section of section 3 form?
Confused about Assets, Liabilities and settlement funds section(11) in section 3 form?

What to mention on Assets and what to mention in Settlement funds?
Where to show Savings account money ? Whether it is in Assets or Settlement funds?
Where to show Property related amount(land docs etc)?

As a whole how much we can show for 3 people? Do we need to do the Assets-Liabilities =Settlement funds calculation?

Please respond as i'm confused about the above.

I too have this question and waiting for the reply. I did asked this earlier. Can someone answer this question ?

I am applying for NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technicians). I have a question for SCHEDULE 3 where we have to mention OCCUPATION.

My question is -

1) What should I put in Primary Occupation? is it specific for NOC 2281.

2) Can occupation be the designation of my company ? Or it should be common for all the companies and if it is so then what it should be for my NOC ?

Thanks in Advance.
