mine is still under processing

my classes are going to start on 5th september but uni asked me to reach by 25th august... that is written on my offer letter.. mandatory orientation date-27 august.

really getting worried when I sholud reach there???? only few days left... i submitted my file on 31st july, file received at chc chd on 1 aug. and my status is still under processing.. dnt know wt wil happen???
