Same situation here guys.. All assessments passed as of 18th October and awaiting final approval now. Not sure why the extended wait when everything is passed already !

i will be ordering gcms notes to see if that will trigger the application - last option from my side - let see

Eligibility, criminality and security checks are passed as of Oct 8.

Medicals are valid until Feb 2020.

The file is awaiting final review and decision.
