Many thanks for starting this very very useful application status thread.

Hi everyone, I am in process and as I had got a requirement of aditional doc. request on May 10 with 30 days deadline to submit whaich I have sent at CHC ND on 1 st june, BUT sadest thing is that by this time I have not got any communication frm CHC side , ECAS is still IN PROCESS........ No V Call to me or my employer..

What to do ..so boaring period....what may happen on my application? did they find that latest doc is sufficient or waiting for any thing more? will I get the medicals, RPRF and PPR? or will they reject my file? anybody has anykinds of satisfying answer.....? bec all these questions are killing me in every SECONDS.......

Does anyone has similar experience? pls come in touch so that we could exchange ideas and prepare to all of us
 
I am also "In Process". My case has been in process since April 28th this year. No idea what is taking so long. No verification calls to my employer.
 
Hi to everyone,
My E.cas has never changed, it shows the same old information from Sidney, but i changed my address once and they updated my address, but not my E.cas.

When i wrote to find out about my status they replied and said " your file is being processed"

1) My question is does it mean the same thing like "in process?" if so then i am a member of this threat and if not then i have to w ait.


2) Should i asked them why my E.cas is not being updated or just wait for their mail?

Any suggestions will be welcome.

hi,
I don't think it would be useful requesting for latest update on our application time and again to VO, rather I think your file might me waiting the result of background check at this time since it has already been processed...I am not quite famalier about the timeline progress of the applicants at the Visa office where u ve sent yr application.

So better to be patient...I think.... see our timeline and situation.........so lets pray for all of us for sometime more with an expectation of good outcome.....
