I need your experience here:

Any change to get selected for HR professions under Compensation and benefits functions. I don't think I'll get job offer from any potential employer in Canada considering LMIA. What about the job market there?

My friend is currently working as HR Compensation Officer and finds herself under NOC 1121 HR Specialists..... She wants to know the following:

1. Whether she can apply
2. Anyone applied before using this NOC code 1121
3. What are the chances of getting ITA if there is no LMIA.

I have received ITA and now i am asked to check if my occupation is Regularized or not. Cicic says noc 1121 is regularized. Do i need to get my professional experience assessed by them?

Hi, did you get ITA from FSW or any PNP? sharing the same NOC but CRS is very low for FSW. any suggestion for PNP?
