All cash - POF at border?

If I understood I can bring as many cash I want in Canada. If it is more than 10.000 CAD per person it has to be reported. If I take everything with me, I wont have anything on my home country's account which I have used for POF. Is it OK, I dont need to show POF at the border?

Some people had to show PoF while others did not have to. I think this depends on the immigration officer. If you have cash as PoF then you shouldn't be worried about having funds in the bank. Just be careful not to be mugged if you have so much money.

Don't carry cash as xpress said..we are now in the 21st century, there are other, much safer means to move money around.

I wouldnt recommend carrying cash either. You will have lots of luggage to worry about. Get your money electronically.
