All Buffalo Applicant - ecase status IN PROCESS - share time line and Join here

I am living in Canada since 2006 with walid work permit.
After almost tree years,I applied for PR under Canadian experience class on January 2009, beacose my consultant told me that is the best and fastest way to immigrate to Canada.He promise me 10 months maximum.But unfortunately he did not tell me about MINIMUM NECESSARY english score.For my NOC they asking overall 7 on IELTS test.My score is only 5.This is reason why are ther refused me.They did that yesterday finnaly.

But I have applied again,under FSW category on february 2010,last year.Payed fee again...everything.My consultant told me that english is not important for this category beacose they ask only for 67 points and more.Now my status is IN PROCESS with RBVO details and I am waiting for Medical request every day.

My consultatnt made that mistake.He did not tell me about necessary english score.I am angry to him. :'(

Please count me in on this thread. My E-Cas status chnaged into "In Process"last tuesday / March 08th with RBVO details on it.

but i have a question . why most of people's status is changed on tuesday.......

Hi .We sent our PR paper work off to Buffalo Nov 20010.We have not heard a thing ,have not even been issued with a file number. :( :( :(

i'm waiting for my work permit renewal to come.. sent it 3 months ago!! and it still hasnt been processed..
also waiting ofr CAIPS notes.. will see whats happenign on file.. and probably take med test and send it before request..
and i might reapply under CEC in about 2 months
 
Hi AnuM,

As you are already in Canada, I recommend you to visit local citizenship and immigration office, if possible go can check with minister.

I know they cant fast forward your case but atleast with some help they can provide.

is it seriously that easy to walk into that office and ask them to check whats happening?
do you know if any ones done it already?
