You need PCC for last 10 years only. As you haven't stayed more than 6 months in Qatar in last 10 years, you probably won't require a PCC from there.

Well, I might be wrong but as per I know, if you live more than 6 months to any foreign country, you must get PCC from that country. Please correct me.

My Savings Certificate (Sanchaypatra) was from Gulshan Post office, Dhaka. I had liquidated it into cash and deposited into my bank account when I applied for Nomination from Ontario. As a source of this cash, I had submitted a translated and notarized copy of the Sanchaypatra. I am not sure if you need to go through the same trouble for e-Apr but Ontario was very strict on source of funds.

I had good experience at Dr. Wahab, but I would suggest to be their at 8am in the morning to avoid being in the queue for a long time. It takes about an hour or so to complete the exam and collect the paper. You will not receive the result of the test. Dr. Wahab will upload it directly to IRCC. All you have to is upload the paper that you will get from there as your medical examination document. Typically, your profile will be updated with your medical examination status (pass/fail) within 2 weeks or so (sometimes it takes longer).

I'm having some trouble with the application payment (1040 CAD). I have credit cards from both BRAC and EBL (both are endorsed in my passport and online payment activated), but they're both being rejected by the system when I try to pay.

Anyone has any experience with this? Any alternatives?

talk to customer care of Credit card section
they will open your international transaction gate way
then you may try again
though i m not BRAC & EBL cr. card user, but hopefully it will work for you
