Normal category I meant the FSW category where the processing will take atleast 6-12 months, under EE it would take 4-5 months as per my understanding.

Does the FSW category would be replaced as EE going forward? and the FSW category would be discontinued?
How FSW and EE are different? can someone pls shed some light?
Can someone pls tell the actual flow for EE?

FSW is getting replaced by EE from 1st Jan onwards.

And thats why my first question. for which I have not received any response.

Dear All Members,

I am 2171 FSW Nov 18th applicant. I have not yet received any rejection email. But looking at the situation I believe I shall be receiving one soon. Till then keeping my fingers crossed. Grin Grin Grin Grin

Now I am also planning for EE 2015 and dont want to be late there.

I have some query regarding the whole process, I know rules are not out yet but everything is very confusing.

1. Will the IELTS min score requirement change from 6 to 7 like Aust. as I believe they are going to copy wht Aust is doing Huh

2. I have not yet received my application packet back, So original IELTS and original WES is not back with me. Although I have one more copy of WES but no copes of Ielts. Just a scanned copy of the Original IELTS , should it be fine?? as I believe we need to only send scanned documents to expresess interest and only when we are selected we need to send originals???

3. Is it true that max points get highter priority??? Is there any change anticipated in the point calculation? As, candidiates with having family , spouse IELTS gets additional of total 10 points extra which I believe is not proving that the candidate is more suitable for the position with someone who have more exp but dont have relatives or Spouse IELTS.

Thanks all members and best luck looking forward to meet you all in CANADA... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Thanks

Hi All,

please help me by answering my queries

I have IELTS ready with 6.5 and applied for WES. my Experience letter are ready but need to get reference letters and police clearance.

my question is, does the reference letter, PC Clearance required even before Expression of Interest or you can send them if you have received the invitation?

What documents required while filling EE form when it start in Jan 2015?

Regards,
Dinesh

According to what i read, EE will still use the same FSW application for PR.

Correct me if i'm wrong, EE will be just FSWP with just the arranged employment.

So once you secured your job in canada, you will then proceeed to FSW (or any other scheme that suits you).

That means we will need all the documents needed in FSW, that is:
  • ECA
  • Reference Letters
  • IELTS and/or TEF
  • Police Clearance
  • Proof of Funds

Hi yuvv
Thanks for the info however i feel that these documents will be required once we have the job offer from the employer and should then then process of submitting all relevant documents should stsrat. Do let me know for any update on the same. My file in jan 2014 came back due to cap reach. keeeping my finger crossed as I applied in NOC 2134

Hi ashish

Hello everybody..

I am new joinee in this forum and I want to Immigrate for Canada..

In this regard, I am ready with all the documents and IELTS Score. Unfortunately my NOC 2134 was not listed in FSW 2014. Now waiting for Express Entry system to launch.

I am having a doubt right throughout the PR process is that first we need to get the PR and search for job in canada or else first search for job from India and apply for PR.

Can you please provide replies for the above query.

Regards,
Ashish.

Dear Ashish 16313,

Even I wanted to apply under 2134, unfortunately as we know it is not there this time. Getting a job from India is 'almost' impossible. EE is the only hope for us.

All the best.

Hi Swapnil,

Nice to see u back in the forum. I am not sure but I think Canada needs Chemical Engineers/Technologists since long back. So, I assume candidates belonging to NOC 2134 would have a bright future in Canada. Let's keep our fingers crossed & wait for EE launch.

ATB!
