That processing time sounds like it's for new applications...appeal cases that are won become priority, so it shouldn't be bound to the regular processing times, well, I would think!

Yes you very well could be right... some cases won by appeal out of Pakistan have been finalized within 11 months therefore I would assume other cases with lesser complications and delay's would be anywhere from 5-8 months.

Help me please

Applied spouse sponsorship
Apllication got refusad in Aug 2010
Appeal allowed in Jan 2014
Documents and medical chekups requested from ottawa office in Aug 2014

Hi.

You might want to have the Canadian go to his/hers M.P office to see if they will assist you. You have been waiting a long time and maybe they will help.

Things slow down mid Dec. so you might want to wait another month. If you don't hear from them, then you should get your M.P involved.

Are your dates correct ? Why did it take so long to get appeal hearing date ?

Is there anyone whose case is being processed in CPP-O after appeal allowed. Why do I feel so lonely here :( Please share your timeline if any
We won our appeal June 24, 2019 and received our Notice of decision letter July 27, 2019 and now nothing. Ottawa said our file is in morocco and morocco says our file is in ottawa!! I'm so frustrated.
