Firstly it would be better to start a thread asking your question or use the search function rather than posting the exact same question in multiple threads.pravatmail said:
If you haven't returned to India for 6+ months (in one trip) since Nov 2014 then the PCC is fine.
If you're in India now and have been there since you got the PCC then you need a new one because it's only valid for 6 months for the country you live currently live in.

You will have 60 days to submit your application, if you receive your new pcc then submit that or else the old one should be fine like yampower suggests

We are also FSW outlander. Our status changed from "Application received" to "In process" on August 14. Before our status changed, we are requested last July 16 to send an additional document. There are so many April applicants who haven't gotten PPR yet May and June applicants have. What's the deal really?
