Hello,
Please I will like to know the time frame it takes to go through quebec pnp from submission to nomination.How do they contact you to send you your file no when a file is opened for you ?-is it by email?physical post ? or via telephone ?
How will the interview be conducted? over the phone? skype or invitation to the nearest Canadian embassy ? can you take the interview in english or it has to be french ?

Please forgive me questions if they are dumb. I need answers
