regarding reference check i heard sometimes they visit the work place which is so embrassing.....i hope they dont do such checking. i have submitted reference letter, duties and responsibilities but no payslip or any offer letter from work. but i have attached tax paper which i paid during my work period and also saving which directly goes from my workplace into account (as i agreed with workplace). but i dont have other supporting document.

Yea they are visiting workplaces sometimes. Well, if you mention in your application that you have problem with such visit, they might not do that.

Your Experience letter should include the main duties that you were supposed to do, which again should match with the main duties of the similar category of job from NOC. Following link may come useful to you.

I have applied under NOC 4131 last August. After 2 month waiting I received medical request yesterday. My visa office is in Vienna.
Our medical examination will be on the 24th June.

A teacher of English at university with M.A degree can claim for the NOC 4131? Is a teacher of English eligible for the NOC 4131? I am afraid that CIC cannot interested in processing this kind of application because teaching English in Canada is not a kind of demand job. What do you think?

Of course, they need teacher of English, but I am afraid that job is not in high demand. That s why CIC may not interested in the application of teacher of English. I am from Vietnam.
