Alberta PNP - strong ties query

Hey guys, just a quick question..

I have applied for express entry with a score of CRS 401 with my spouse. Although I have no ties with Canada, my wife has her parents and relatives living in Alberta as citizens for many years.

Does it count for strong ties since she is a secondary applicant?

(Note: I know no one can answer this question accurately, but I would just like an opinion)
