Usually, It will be processed within 7 to 8 months. The Canadian immigration authorities may take longer for verification it will be delayed more time in this case.
What is that timeframe based on please John? This seems too long, unless you mean AOS that is around 5 months currently. The OP relates to Alberta Express Entry Stream of AINP. There is limited information on immitracker but there are several forums here, though with posts from fewer than 10% of people receiving NOI. Based on last quarter of 2019, processing from File Number (AOR) to Nomination was generally 5-18 days with a few in range 1-3 months (though not clear if ADRs or other delays outside of AINP processing wait times). My impression is that 1-3 months was more the norm earlier in 2019.
@arjred and
@Gurneet007 are first people with NOI in 2020 to post they’ve received nomination (of 501 NOIs issued in Jan 2020), which were:
- documents arrived 20 Jan, FN 22 Jan, nomination 19 Feb ... 4 weeks
- documents sent 13 Jan, FN and ADR 19 Jan (though this is a Sunday), ADR sent 22 Jan, then sounds like further ADR by phone/email 20 Feb, nomination 24 Feb ... around 6 weeks but with additional documentation requests
So I’m hoping to hear within the next week.
Sure this will also be of interest to
