Alberta AINP timeline in 2019

My brother is working as a Cook in Alberta for 6 months now, and over 5 years of experienced as a Cook outside Canada, is he eligible to apply AINP? Anyone who have experienced for this?

This info is from AINP web site: a minimum of 24 months of full-time work experience in your current occupation in Canada and/or abroad within the last 30 months

• This work experience can be a combination of experience gained in Alberta, in Canada (outside Alberta) and/or abroad.

How do we receive the nomination over the email or through Post.

It depends. I got file No. on Aug 1 and got nominations on Aug 14. You will get the message through your EE profile and certificate through ur email

EE stream does not require job offer, but if you have one already, it may helps to get approval

When did you received and whats your NOC code and you inland or outland.

Also you don't need a job offer from them you can apply without it
