Anyone know of a case where a nomination was refused/rejected?

I think the chances are very low. Most likely it could happen if you fail to send the checklist documents or documents requested after application.

That's true. But in the case, the applicant should be expecting a refusal because they should have more than three months left to the expiration of their EE before submitting their AINP application.

I knew they were not going to issue any nominations certificates in December because they gave out max number nominations for 2019. Someone on another thread from noc 1215 got a nomination on 2 Jan who received fn on 20 Nov. So fingers crossed.

I had got a call from them on 20th Dec .. they said by mid Jan they will let me know whether I got the nomination or not. Fingers crossed and all the best to you guys. Hope we all make it through
