Ok,shoke sapo bera transferin ne banke per provimin TEFaQ ne AF Tirane.

Ne muajin Shkurt e kisha DELF A2,ne AF Prishtine,por nuk isha ne dijeni qe nese ne njeren kategori nuk ben asgje meniher eliminohesh.....ato zonjat qe punojin aty as nuk u lodhen te tregojin rregullat,edhe pse e kisha kalu nivelin e 50 pikeve,por asgje nuk kisha bere ne testin me shkrim(pasi qe QSW kerkon vetem listening and speaking).
Kerkova te me jepen me shkrim rezultatet.....vetem mi komentuan dhe me thane qe nuk guxojim ti japim me shkrim....qfar politike abuzive nga ana e AF Prishtine!!!

Tash nese mund dikush te me tregoje pervojen e juaj me TEFaQ....a eshte lehte apo veshtire?

Klarisa flm per pergjigjen. Une po konsultohem me websiten e CIC por disa gjera nuk arrij ti qartesoj nga informacioni i shumte qe gjendet. humbet nga nje faqe ne tjetren. Per settlement fund serisht jam e paqarte nese vertetimet duhen derguar me aplikimin e pare, apo during processing time.

Lidhur me shqetesimin tend, mesa kam kuptuar programi Provincial Nominees kerkon qe te kesh nje familjare atje qe te del garant te te supportoje per settlement plan nga ana sociale dhe jo financiare. So, nuk e di ne eshte e mundur te aplikosh pa plotesuar kete kusht. gjithsesi ne website me poshte ke te gjithe infon qe te duhet per programin MPNP. Suksese! nuk u lejonka me be post links kerko ne google me official immigration to manitoba dhe do ta gjesh webin.

per settlement funds, ndoshta do ishte mire te coje nje vertetim bankar, nqs e ke shifren qe kerkojne ata mbase eshte pozitive. edhe une nuk jam shume e qarte.
nje tjeter paqartesi per mua eshte: clereance police per vendet ku ke jetuar me shume se 6 muaj, duhet te bashkangjiten qe ne fillim me aplikimin? :'(

Un jam i pajisur me vize amerikane dhe kam planifikuar me dal ne usa dhe prej usa ilegal ne kanada. un kam plan me apliku si azil apo immigracion dhe me e arsyetu me ndonje dokument falso qe jam i prrwzikur ketu

Nese dikush ka nje informacion: nese me pare kam patur nje gjobe per te paguar, dhe duke qene se ka qene vendim gjykate, kjo eshte deklaruar edhe ne deshmine e penalitetit, pas pageses se gjobes (dmth pas afatit te kryerjes se penalizimit), tek deshmia e penalitetit vazhdon te deklarohet ky penalitet?

Nese dikush ka nje informacion: nese me pare kam patur nje gjobe per te paguar, dhe duke qene se ka qene vendim gjykate, kjo eshte deklaruar edhe ne deshmine e penalitetit, pas pageses se gjobes (dmth pas afatit te kryerjes se penalizimit), tek deshmia e penalitetit vazhdon te deklarohet ky penalitet?

me sa di une ne deshmine e penalitetit jepen te dhene vetem ne lidhje me veprime kriminale. ndersa per gjobat meren zyrat e tjera si ajo e permbarimit apo prefektura. mgjth pasi paguhet gjoba nuk te mbahet ndonje gje ne historik besoj.

Complete the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620) and include it with your application to the CIO. On-line payments are not accepted by the CIO.

In Canadian funds only, you may pay:
•by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada” or
•with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Note: Certified cheques, bank drafts and money orders may have expiry dates. When you submit your application to the CIO, the expiry date must be at least five months into the future.

If there is no expiry date on your certified cheque, money order or bank draft and it is drawn on a foreign bank, it can only be cashed for 6 months from the date of issue. To ensure it can still be cashed when the fee payment is processed at the CIO, it must be issued no more than 30 days before you send your application to the CIO.

If you are paying by credit card, please ensure that your credit card will be valid for at least nine months from your submission date.

If we are unable to process your payment, your application will be returned to you.

Important information. Each application from a principal applicant must include a fee payment form. This form must include the fees for the principal applicant and any accompanying family members.

The same fee payment form may not be used for more than one principal applicant.
