I am sure you and spoiltz willl get visa this time since you two got rejected for different reason and you can clearly overcome previous rejection reasons.

I just applied same course with SOP and additional documents(my IT returns, appraisal letters, experience letters ana bank statements, my fathesr's IT returns and brother's income details.) My rejected reason is Proposed studies...

I dont have much hope. Anyway lets see..

My consultant is saying they will put some appeal letter to high commision along with some affidavits of my family members sponsoring me??

Yeah, in the appeal letter, they will trigger the previous reason for rejection, and explain your case. Its really very helpful in explaining your case to Visa Officer in detail, to reconsider your application.

For which session, will u be applying? May 2013 or Sep 2013??

Well I already applied in march but got my visa refusal on 4th april.
But the letter which i received stating the refusal will be shown n they will alow to apply again under general and since they already hve our applications they process 2nd time faster than earlier 1 i read it in reviews of some students
