Hello everyone,

I am confused about work experince needed in AIPP. i have 6 moths customer service and 6 moths retail supervisor experince. can i apply for AIPP with totally differenct tile like Equipmet assembly with this experince or i need 1 year experince in same job title.

Which stream - AOS or EE? Are you working in Alberta?

Sorry…though AINP. So you have a job offer with a designated employer? Did you go to school in the Atlantic Provinces? The requirements are in the link.

I did not go to atlantic school. Yes, i have a job offer and i have started working with designated employer. Here my job title is Electronic assembly but i have experince 6 in customer service for 6 months and 6 month in superviser role. Can i use this experience as 1 year experience asked and apply on this offer or i need 1 year experince in Electronic assembly to apply under the program

No. You need one year of experience in the NOC with the approved level of education (all in the link).

Your work experience must include

• the actions in the description of your NOC
• most of the main duties of your NOC

so my older experince will not work to apply under the program as they are different noc right i need to have 1 year straight experince in same noc to apply for the program.

So for ex: i have to work as an electronic assembly for a year then i can apply from the company i am working now.

Yes, according to the requirements for AIPP. Now NB PNP may have different streams where you could apply now. You have to check.
