My AIPP PR application is returned as my provincial endorsement is expired. I applied via a firm and they send my application on May 21 and my application was expiring on May23. IRCC received my application on June 1st. Today firm send me the letter that my application is returned. They are asking me to pay another 1500$, so she can write a letter to consider to reopen my file. Will it work, my lawyer is not sure. What I can do next. Pls help
