AIPP for canadian Immigration

Hello All,

Does anyone here immigrated with AIPP to Atlantic provinces of canada? I have a question on it.

What work permit do they get? Open or closed? Are they bound to the employer who hired them till they get a PR or they can move if they get better offers?

Looking to hear from someone who immigrated under AIPP.
