Yes, I applied for both WP and PR online. I didn't link the application in IRCC website as my PR application doesn't show up when I searched for my application.

Yes thats normal since you havent gotten AOR thats why your file is not in the system yet.After you get AOR thats the time you will get to link it in your IRCC account
