Hello
I used to work for an employer under Atlantic immigration program. Last week I got Pr and I quit job this week because of extremely toxic work environment. My employer said he will update IRCC about that.
Can they revoke my pr?

No. The authority to withdraw your PR status lies solely with IRCC, and they would not do so on the grounds that you left your employment.

Considerations:

Mobility Rights: Being a PR means that you now have the right to work anywhere within Canada. You are no longer restricted to that particular employer.

Misrepresentation Issue: IRCC will revoke your PR status only if there is any misrepresentation involved (i.e. you did not intend to ever work for the employer but misrepresented it for gaining PR status). Moving away from such an environment after obtaining your PR status is acceptable and does not qualify as a misrepresentation issue.

Protect Yourself: Keep copies of your pay stubs, your contract, and other correspondences (texts, emails, etc.) that can prove the conditions under which you left your previous employment.

Recommendation: Given that this is a regional program, it is advised that you look for a job within the same Atlantic region.
