According to AINP website, you are not eligible to apply for nomination:

"The following are NOT eligible under the AINP Employer-Driven Stream:

Supervisors, foremen and tradespeople, working in a Compulsory or Optional Trade in Alberta (including Chefs, Cooks, and Line Cooks)"
