AINP timeline for employer driven skilled category

still no luck
please share your timeline so that we can atlest have an idea, how long will it take to get the file number

Even me still waiting for my reference number. Its been a month after i passed my papers.

It has been a month? when did you apply?

You are allowed to contact AINP once the minimum processing time has passed - so go ahead and ask them what happened.
Are you sure your application reached AINP? did you send by courier?

Employer-driven skilled are at least one month while Employer-driven semi skilled is at least 4 months.

Thats right...but it seems Jacinta havent even received the file number

You should call AINP on Monday and ask for an update since you havent even received a file number

Well..most people I know and on this forum got within a month ( mostly less than a month)...I am not sure why it took 2 months for icecream...maybe they are just slow now (it also depends on the category and few other things).
However, you should get the file number within 30 days...

In my case, yes, an employer can only nominate 1 employee
