Does it speed up your application process,if you pay you landing fee in the beginning ?

Off course, and the PCC too

My colleague's brother-in-law worked as a CIC agent for a few years and what he told him was that he was underpaid and had to sit at his desk with a pile of applications in front of him. Needless to say he was not too happy with his work. Just keep in mind that they are human beings and that they have to process hundreds of files a year. It is also a huge responsibility to deny or grant a permanent residence. I am not sure I could/would do that job.

Completely Agree !!!

Yes I think it will eliminate the need for them to request it again.

Hoping today will be the day for PPR !!! Finger crossed

Hey guys. I am never sure about where I should post. I got nomination in August and applied to cic in October. ANyway I just checked my status and it says "decision made"! From my previous rejections (2!) I know that they contact you by email to let you know so let's hope they won't contact me. If it's positive, do they send you a mail? How long until you get it?

Timeline is in my signature. I got rejected a first time under CEC (I was short on worked hours) then under FSW (PhD stream) because I did not have sufficient settlement funds over a period of 6 months. THis is the first time I am applying under PNP

Oh okay. PNP has 97% of success rate you should be fine now. You'll receive PPR email within 2 weeks of decision made. When exactly your file was received at cic & when it turned into process & when decision made that's missing on your timeline on the left. Thank you
