I really wonder, although the STEF report shows noc 6235 in the moderately high demand list, people rarely get a noi. Any thoughts?

I am beginning to wonder as lots of people with NOC 1221 got selected this year even though that NOC is in low demand as per the report.

Exactly, their system of selection is completely unclear unlike other provinces like Ontario.
