I have 2 situations that I need to figure out, I'm not getting any consistent answers.
First is about the AINP nomination itself. After I had sent my pr application the first time in november i received everything back in first week of march because they couldnt charge my credit card and so they ruled it "incomplete". I got everything in order and re-sent it through express mail on march 9 or 10, however my nomination expired on march 31st.... So i NEED TO KNOW, will they consider it valid since i had it sent to CIO before the expiry or will they say that it is not valid by the time they open in 2 months, or however long it takes to first open my application.
Second thing is about my work permit. My work permit expired in November and so had to get it renewed, and i received it in march as well.... However for its employment location it says Calgary. I have never lived calgary, worked in calgary or anything, all my previous work permits have been in edmonton, and have always lived in edmonton last 6 years. I have already been referred to the form to remend work permits, and got a letter saying that according to "records", that nothing is wrong and no corrections were needed and if i were to send a remend form again to send proof. Now, if they still wont fix their mistake, will that mean i have to do another whole new work permit application? and also will this affect denial or acceptance for my pr application with this contradiction?
ive had people say to send the remend form again with evidence, and should be no problem and people say that have to apply for new work permit.
as well noone seems to know about the timeline issue for the ainp nomination. I need answers quickly so that i can make sure that my pr application can have as few problems possible and to finally get pr application on the way past the "complete"\"incomplete" stage so i can figure out my future
