AINP - Employer-Driven Stream..Need Advice

Hello,

I am skilled (NOC B) worker here in Canada. I am just wondering If I can still apply for AINP under Skilled category even If my employer have already nominated 1 skilled worker and is now in a Permanent Resident status. How many Skilled workers can AINP nominate? I've met all the necessary requirements for AINP Skilled category like related education, training and work experiences.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
