Hi, I got AiNP approval then sent application package to CIO Sydney Nova Scotia. They received my application on 01/22/2013. And they charged my credit card on 02/24/2013. But after one week credit card transaction still pending and i checked it with my bank then they told me that CIO guys put wrong information visa or master instead of American express that's why transaction was pending mean while i emailed many times to cio but no reply. when i called to call center they told me my client id number. after that my credit amount refund to my credit card so what's gong on i can not understand and there is not any communication way to cio 
So can anybody tell me what will be happen to my case????
