AINP APPLICATION IN MARCH 2014

Hi all,

I know how exhausting it is to have been waiting for something you have no idea when it comes.
My application was received by CIC on March 5, 2014 and now it's been over a year.
They said that it's approximately 17 months for AINP application and I know mine is just over a year but a few people who applied around the same time under the same AINP GOT PR LETTER. I don't understand what makes it different. I never called them since March 2014 because I know that those agents have no idea how long it MAY take more. But at this point around over a year, I'm getting kind of wondering what's going on with my application. Technically (if you see this way )it should take 5 more months from now on because it's been just over a year (12 months + 5 months = 17 months) Well, I have no clue what's going on. I phoned them during my lunch time today, their line was too busy.
Is there anybody here who applied pr under AINP in March, 2014 and received PR letter from CIC?
Maybe I'm just being impatient but it makes me feel agitated that I don't know what's going on and I have to stay put until the fogginess clears.

I aalied march 2014 noc 0621, i got my file number april 28, 2014. M still waiting for nomination
